The Action Group is a consortium of four organisations working together under a shared strategy to protect the rights and dignity of Palestinian communities. By combining expertise across different sectors, the partners deliver a coordinated and locally-driven response that addresses key challenges such as access to water, livelihoods, protection and psychosocial support. Rather than working separately, the organisations act as one collective effort — increasing impact, strengthening local capacities and improving the lives of the communities they serve.

PARC, PHG and PSCCW lead the implementation on the ground, while ACPP supports coordination, advocacy and international engagement — strengthening the collective impact of the consortium.

Livelihoods

Supporting agriculture, land rehabilitation and economic resilience.

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

Improving access to safe water and sanitation systems.

Psychosocial Support

Supporting mental health, wellbeing and protection of vulnerable groups, particularly women and children.

Community Protection

Strengthening local protection mechanisms and disaster risk reduction.

Advocacy

Raising awareness and promoting the rights of Palestinian communities.

Why it matters

Working together allows the Action Group to reach more communities, respond more effectively changing multi-sectoral needs, and create stronger, more sustainable impact.
Through coordination, shared learning and joint action, the consortium strengthens local civil society and contributes to the protection of rights and dignity in a complex and challenging context.

Action Group organised for local response

  • PARC works with vulnerable farming families to rehabilitate agricultural land at risk of confiscation, particularly in Area C.
