The Action Group is a consortium of four organisations working together under a shared strategy to protect the rights and dignity of Palestinian communities.
By combining expertise across different sectors, the partners deliver a coordinated and locally-driven response that addresses key challenges such as access to water, livelihoods, protection and psychosocial support.
Rather than working separately, the organisations act as one collective effort — increasing impact, strengthening local capacities and improving the lives of the communities they serve.

What is the Action Group?
The Action Group is a consortium of four organisations working together under a shared strategy to protect the rights and dignity of Palestinian communities.
By combining expertise across different sectors, the partners deliver a coordinated and locally-driven response that addresses key challenges such as access to water, livelihoods, protection and psychosocial support.
Rather than working separately, the organisations act as one collective effort — increasing impact, strengthening local capacities and improving the lives of the communities they serve.
EXPLORE OUR WORK
The Action Group brings together four organisations with complementary expertise, working collaboratively under a shared strategy.
PARC, PHG and PSCCW lead the implementation on the ground, while ACPP supports coordination, advocacy and international engagement — strengthening the collective impact of the consortium.
Collective action
We work as one coordinated group, combining the strengths of each partner to increase impact and efficiency.
Local leadership
The response is led by Palestinian organisations ensuring real accountability to the communities we serve.
Integrated response
We address multiple needs through a multi-sector approach, from water and livelihoods to protection and psychosocial support.
The Action Group works across several key sectors to provide a comprehensive response to community needs:
Livelihoods
Supporting agriculture, land rehabilitation and economic resilience.
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
Improving access to safe water and sanitation systems.
Psychosocial Support
Supporting mental health, wellbeing and protection of vulnerable groups, particularly women and children.
Community Protection
Strengthening local protection mechanisms and disaster risk reduction.
Advocacy
Raising awareness and promoting the rights of Palestinian communities.
Working together allows the Action Group to reach more communities, respond more effectively changing multi-sectoral needs, and create stronger, more sustainable impact.
Through coordination, shared learning and joint action, the consortium strengthens local civil society and contributes to the protection of rights and dignity in a complex and challenging context.
