Through targeted interventions supporting farmers, private sector initiatives, and community institutions, the project contributes to improving production efficiency, promoting sustainable practices, and enhancing the resilience of local communities.

Handing over Solar Panel Project for Poultry in An Nazla al Wast
Promoting Renewable Energy Solutions for Agricultural Production
As part of the private sector grants component, PHG supported the installation of a solar energy system with a capacity of 11 kW, equipped with a battery storage system of 15 kWh, for an advanced and automated poultry farm in Nazlat Al-Wusta.
The renewable energy system provides a sustainable electricity source that helps reduce operational costs, improve energy efficiency, and ensure the continuity of agricultural production. This intervention contributes to strengthening food security and promoting clean energy solutions within the agricultural sector.
