PRIVACY POLICY
The Action Group is a consortium of four organisations working together under a shared strategy to protect the rights and dignity of Palestinian communities. By combining expertise across different sectors, the partners deliver a coordinated and locally-driven response that addresses key challenges such as access to water, livelihoods, protection and psychosocial support. Rather than working separately, the organisations act as one collective effort — increasing impact, strengthening local capacities and improving the lives of the communities they serve.

4. Browsing and Technical Data

However, certain technical data may be automatically recorded by the systems that enable the operation of the Internet and the hosting service, such as IP address, date and time of access, browser used, or technical incidents. Some of this information—particularly the IP address—may constitute personal data.

8. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising, profiling or user-tracking cookies.

Should strictly necessary technical cookies be used for the operation of the website, they would be exempt from the obligation to obtain consent under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as they are limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user.

If non-essential cookies are introduced in the future (for example, analytics cookies or third-party cookies), the user’s prior informed consent will be obtained through the appropriate cookie management system, and this policy will be updated accordingly, in line with the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

9. Links to Third-Party Websites

This website may contain links to external websites. The controller does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites. Users are therefore encouraged to consult their respective privacy policies.

9.1 Social Media

This website includes links to the controller’s profiles on third-party social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn. These are simple links and do not involve the integration of plugins that enable tracking of browsing activity.

By clicking on such links, users will leave the palestineactiongroup.org website and interact directly with the relevant platform.

Any processing of personal data carried out by such platforms will be governed by their own privacy policies and terms of use, over which the controller has no control. Users are advised to consult those policies before interacting with such platforms or providing any personal information.

Pursuant to Article 7 of the LOPDGDD, a minor’s consent to the processing of their personal data is only valid from the age of 14. Below that age, the consent of the holders of parental responsibility or guardianship is required.

Should any processing of a minor’s data be detected without the necessary authorisation, such data will be deleted.

12. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects may exercise the following rights recognised under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR in relation to any personal data that may be processed:

    • Right of access to personal data.

    • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
